Ingredients
Rice (Jasmine Rice), Coconut Milk Powder (Coconut, Dextrin, Silicon Dioxide (to Prevent Caking), Seasoning (Salt, Hydrolyzed Soybean Protein, Bell Pepper, Sugar, Dextrose, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Galanga, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper, Shallot, Kaffir Lime Leaves, Lemongrass, Citric Acid, Spices).
Directions
On the Stovetop: 1. Bring 1 3/4 cups water (for creamier rice, replace half the water with coconut milk) to a boil in covered pot. Add 1 tbsp butter or oil, if desired. 2. Add contents of box. Stir and cover. Reduce heat to Low for 15 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Enjoy. In the Microwave: 1. Stir together all ingredients plus 1 3/4 water (for creamier rice, replace half the water with coconut milk) in a microwave-safe dish. Add 1 tbsp butter or oil, if desired. 2. Cover and microwave on High for 8 minutes. Uncover and stir. 3. Re-cover and microwave on High for 3 minutes, or until rice is soft and tender. 4. Uncover, stir, re-cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
